Our international network of trusted shipping partners across the globe along with our diverse range of air, ocean, and ground carriers allows us to meet the needs of individuals, small business, or large company projects. Our goal is to make shipping process as easy as possible with clear communication, educating our customers, and supporting them from start to finish.

Life outside of Logistics: When she’s not in the office she prides herself in being a mother. Family is extremely important to Meenu as well as her local community.

As co-founder of Maximum Freight, Max has the critical role of CEO. His vision is to be the best full-service, freight forwarder available without exception. Max has always emphasized top-notch customer service. After many years working in the logistics industry, he built the confidence and courage to found Maximum Freight in pursuit of building upon his vision.

Max has always wanted to pursue the highest level of success. He doesn’t just want to get the job done. He wants to get it done the absolute best way possible. He does not turn down any opportunity for his team or his clients to grow. Max is always trying to achieve the next level of success in using all available resources. Work Ethic
Success does not come easy. Max has fully embraced this truth. Simply put, he does not stop until the job is done and done right. There have been countless nights where he has stayed up all night to ensure a job was completed. There is no check-out time for Max. He is fully engaged, ready to work at all times for his Team and Maximum Freight Clients!
Life outside of Logistics: Max is an avid sports fan. He is a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, New York Yankees, and Orlando Magic. When he’s not working hard in the office, you can find him competing hard on the basketball court. He loves to be competitive at all times!

Vision
As co-founder of Maximum Freight, Lawrence has an innate ability to visualize how to accomplish objectives from start to finish. His attention to detail is fundamental to the execution of all of the Team’s goals. Lawrence doesn’t just see vision as a general idea, but rather an intricate imagining of each and every step to accomplish a common goal.
Multiskilled
Throughout his time in the Industry, Lawrence has learned a multitude of skill sets that helped build Maximum Freight. He is experienced in web design, graphic design, content writing, videography, photography, video/audio editing, and many more skill sets. Most of the skills were self-taught in order to build the foundation of the company. Lawrence believes that acquiring and learning new skills is crucial to keeping the mind sharp and creating new ideas.
Execution
Vision and skills are important, but above all Lawrence believes in action! His philosophy is that the execution of a task is the most important aspect of any goal. He is not afraid of failure and making mistakes and sees them as stepping stones to success. Lawrence believes that the best way to learn anything is simply by showing up and doing it. The outcome will take care of itself so long as you work hard with good intentions.
Life outside of Logistics: Even though many of the skills Lawrence has learned were for business purposes, he still enjoys photography, artistic design, and filming outside of a professional setting. He enjoys outdoor life and activities. If he could, he would move the office outside!
